Jared Goudsmit is a Chicago-based actor, playwright, and cofounder of No Dogs in the Kitchen Theatre Company. He’s thrilled to return to ACTC to reprise his role in “It’s a Wonderful Life.” Other recent performances include Biedermann in “The Firebugs” with No Dogs, Omberto in “Dante 360” with ACTC, and Paul in “The Outline” with The Artistic Home. He also directed “Below the Belt” for No Dogs in the Kitchen earlier this year. Recent written works include “No Rest” (featured in A Short Leap’s “PlayFest” series) and “Hole in the Wall” (produced in The Impostors’ “Footholds” series). When he’s not in rehearsal, you can find him creating and editing puzzle games for Apple News+, USA Today, and the Universal Crossword.
